BC Z Fest 2025 — Celebrating a Legacy, Supporting a Cause
On August 24th, 2025, the roar of Nissan Z engines filled the air at Tsawwassen Mills as enthusiasts from across British Columbia gathered for BC Z Fest — a celebration of passion, performance, and community. What began as a tribute to an iconic sports car has evolved into one of the province’s most anticipated automotive gatherings, uniting generations of Z owners and fans alike.
This year’s event was the biggest yet — with 125 Zs in attendance, spanning the full history of the badge. From vintage Datsun 240Zs that started it all, to the sleek and powerful 2025 Nissan Z, every car told its own story of design, dedication, and driving thrill.
The spotlight, however, shone brightest on the Nissan Z Nismo GT4 — the very machine that competed in the 2024 GT4 America season. Trailering it out from Applewood Performance Center, we were thrilled to share this rare piece of racing history with the community. Its presence drew crowds all day long — a living symbol of Nissan’s motorsport spirit and the passion that fuels Z culture.
Beyond the cars and camaraderie, BC Z Fest carried a purpose. This year’s event proudly supported AutismBC, a local non-profit empowering and advocating for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Through community contributions, BC Z Fest helped raise awareness and funds for AutismBC’s vital programs, building a more inclusive future for all.
As the sun shone over rows of gleaming Zs, it was clear — this festival isn’t just about cars; it’s about connection. Shared stories, shared purpose, and the shared love of an icon that continues to inspire.
